Shipping Policy
- • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
- • Delivery time: 2–3 working days across Pakistan.
- • Courier partners: TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P.
- • Free shipping on all Cash on Delivery orders.
- • Tracking number is shared via WhatsApp on dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders. Please verify your order over WhatsApp/phone before the rider arrives. Refusing a delivered package without valid reason may restrict future COD eligibility.
Return & Replacement Policy
- • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or wrongly shipped products.
- • Item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
- • Record an unboxing video — required for damage claims.
- • Replacement is shipped within 3 working days of approval.
- • Buyer's-remorse returns are not accepted (item works as described).
